The Hey! Let's Heal Podcast Weekend was more than a conference—it was an intentional experience designed to help women heal from past trauma while stepping confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
Across three days, attendees participated in business workshops, worship experiences, live podcast recordings, breakout sessions, and meaningful conversations centered on faith and personal growth.
Highlights included:
A Whole & Paid Business Luncheon focused on pricing strategies and Instagram marketing.
An evening worship experience paired with a live podcast discussion about healing family trauma, complete with licensed counselors available for attendees.
Saturday breakout sessions covering nutrition, financial healing, support for pastors' kids, and community-building activities like a clothing swap.
A Coffee Cart Designed to Match the Experience
One of our favorite parts of this event was customizing our coffee cart to match the Hey! Let's Heal branding.
Rather than arriving with our standard setup, we wrapped the espresso cart with custom branding that reflected the event's logo, colors, and overall aesthetic. It helped the coffee station feel like a seamless extension of the conference instead of just another vendor.
Guests immediately recognized the attention to detail, and the branded cart became a natural gathering place between sessions as attendees paused to connect over handcrafted espresso drinks.
