  • Our Atlanta coffee catering packages are priced by the hour and include everything: professional baristas, premium coffee beans, our mobile espresso cart, all supplies, dairy and alternative milks, house-made syrups, and unlimited drinks for your guests.

    Every event is unique, so we provide custom quotes tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering of 25 or a large corporate event with 500+ attendees, we'll create a package that fits your vision and budget.

  • We keep setup simple! All we need is:

    • A 5x5 foot flat area for our mobile coffee cart

    • One standard electrical outlet on a dedicated circuit

    • Wheelchair-accessible access to move our cart in

    • A day-of contact person to show us where to set up

    Our carts are fully self-contained with their own water tanks and sinks. We handle everything else from setup to cleanup so you can focus on enjoying your event!

  • Absolutely! We love catering outdoor Atlanta events. Our mobile espresso bar works perfectly for patios, rooftops, gardens, parks, and outdoor venues throughout the city. From Piedmont Park weddings to Ponce City Market rooftops, we can cater in a variety of spaces.

    We can even bring a generator if your outdoor location doesn't have electrical access. We just ask for some shade or covering for our baristas and equipment to ensure the best service quality.

  • For the best availability, we recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events or during busy seasons like spring weddings, fall corporate events, and holiday parties.

    That said, we understand that great ideas don't always come with months of notice! We often accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows. Reach out as soon as you know your date - we'll do our best to make it work and get exceptional coffee at your event.
